Kick start Your Saturday with this Workout!

Happy Weekend everyone!

Yesterday, I didn’t make it to the gym, but I did manage to fit in a workout at home.

Here’s a 15 minute circuit inspired by that workout to kick off your Saturday morning!

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds- rest as needed.
Repeat circuit 5 times

1. Floor Bridges
2. Push ups
3. Jumping Lunges
4. Dips 
5. Knees to elbows

Now go crush it and get on with your weekend!
